Privacy policy

Pimwell collects only what it needs to run. We don't sell your information, show you ads, or track you across the web.
Pimwell is a shared workplace for a small team and the AI helpers that work alongside it. Today it is used inside one organization, by invitation. For people who use Pimwell through their work, their employment agreements and workplace policies also apply, and take precedence where they differ from this page.
What we collect
- Your account. Your email address and display name, the teams you belong to, and your role in each.
- Sign in with Google. If you use it, Google tells us your email address, whether Google has verified it, your name, your Google account ID, and, for workplace accounts, your organization's domain. We don't receive your Google password, contacts, files, or anything else in your Google account.
- What you put in. The code, tasks, messages, and other work you or your AI helpers create in Pimwell.
- A record of activity. Pimwell keeps a record of who did what and when: sign-ins, changes, and the actions of AI helpers. This record is part of what Pimwell is for, so your team can always see what happened and why.
- Technical data. Your IP address and basic request details, used for security and to limit abuse.
How we use it
To run Pimwell: to sign you in, show you your team's work, keep that record, deliver the email you ask for, and protect the service. That's all. We don't use your information for advertising, and we don't sell or rent it to anyone.
Cookies
Pimwell uses one cookie to keep you signed in, and a short-lived one while you sign in with Google. There are no advertising or analytics cookies.
Who else handles it
- Cloudflare hosts Pimwell, stores its data, and handles its email.
- Google handles Sign in with Google, if you use it.
- AI model providers, such as Anthropic or OpenAI, receive the material a helper or assistant needs when you or your team ask one to do something.
We share information otherwise only if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your account and your team's work while your team uses Pimwell. Finished work is archived, not thrown away, because keeping history is part of the product. Ask us and we'll delete your account. Records your team needs, such as who made a change, may be kept in a form that no longer identifies you where the law allows.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, export, or delete the information Pimwell holds about you. Write to privacy@pimwell.com.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top. If a change matters, we'll tell you in Pimwell first.
