Use Pimwell for your team's work, check what AI helpers produce before you rely on it, and understand that Pimwell is provided as is while we build it.

These terms cover your use of Pimwell, a shared workplace for a small team and the AI helpers that work alongside it. By using Pimwell, you agree to them. If you use Pimwell through your work, your employment agreement and workplace policies also apply, and take precedence where they differ from these terms. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your information.

Who can use Pimwell

Pimwell is invite-only. You can use it if someone with access invited you, or if your sign-in is on an approved list. Keep your sign-in to yourself. You're responsible for what happens under your account, including what AI helpers do on your behalf.

Your work

The code, tasks, messages, and other work you put into Pimwell remain yours, or your employer's, as your agreements say. You let us store, process, and display that work only as needed to run Pimwell for you and your team.

AI helpers

Pimwell lets AI helpers and assistants read and change your team's work. Their output can be wrong, incomplete, or unsafe to use as is. Review what they produce before you rely on it, deploy it, or share it. Pimwell records what each helper did and on whose behalf, and the person a helper answers to is responsible for its work.

Fair use

Don't use Pimwell to break the law, to harm others, to send spam, to get around its security or limits, or to access work you weren't given. We may suspend access to protect Pimwell, its users, or others.

Other services

Pimwell relies on other services, such as Cloudflare for hosting and email, Google for sign-in, and AI model providers. Your use of those services through Pimwell is also subject to their terms.

Changes and availability

Pimwell is under active development. Features may change, move, or go away, and the service may be unavailable at times. We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the date at the top, and if a change matters, we'll tell you in Pimwell first.

Disclaimers

Pimwell is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We don't promise that Pimwell will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any content, including content produced by AI helpers, will be accurate or reliable. Keep your own copies of anything you can't afford to lose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of Pimwell or your inability to use it, even if we were told they were possible. Where liability can't be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us for Pimwell in the twelve months before the claim, which may be zero.

Ending use

You can stop using Pimwell at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms, or when access is no longer appropriate, for example when you leave the team that invited you. The sections on your work, disclaimers, and limitation of liability continue to apply after that.
